ANALYSIS

How many of us know the meaning of the phrases like "Yatra Naryantu Poojyante" and "Kalakanthi kanta kannerolikina" etc? How many of us are giving respect to every other woman as our mother or sister? Krishna Vamshi should be appreciated for taking up such a good subject which is being ignored in this so-called modern society.Kudos to KL for his brave step to invest in a semi commercial subject which, not only rakes money but evokes a thought also on ‘burning' issue, molest behavior towards girls.

NTR appears as a brother next door! Unlike his characters in previous works he is presented as a simple boy with an attitude of thinking about his family. He is exceptionally good in performing the shades of humor and sad equally. He is still maintaining the same speed and spontaneity in dances and action scenes though he is obese; he should have shed his weight.Ileana tried to prove herself as a good artist.Charmee is appealing as an innocent girl and she tried her best to render voice to the character she played.Chandra Mohan and Kota are impressive.Important character that has to be mentioned here is Meenakshi Ayar.Suhasini would win ‘Nandi' for her performance as an ardent cop.Shayaji Shinde as villain and Manjusha as Rakhi's sister justified their roles.

Mr.Gopal Reddy's cinematography is mellowed with experience and in sync with changing trends.

Devi Sri's music is a plus.Rakhi-music is being heard everywhere.Rerecording is situational.Stun Shiva's action scenes are close to neutrality.Rakhi is worth watching with family and the motif is ‘highly adaptable'.
